This bracelet will remind you of an ancient relic! However, it has a very glossy sheen. All sides are glazed.

This handmade bracelet was made by me in my studio. Beginning with raw clay, the bracelet was formed, dried slowly, fired in a kiln to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit, dipped in glaze, and then fired again to over 2300 degrees Fahrenheit.

This bracelet is just over 2.75 inches across in the center opening, and because it is closed, be sure to measure one of your current bracelets to be sure the size will work. It weighs 21 grams. If you need a reference, an average fork weighs 35 grams, and a Sharpie marker weighs 9 grams.

As with all art jewelry, it should only be worn on occasion, never during strenuous activity. This bracelet is fragile - forcing your hand through it or dropping it on a hard surface can result in it breaking.
